Appointments and your first visit.
Do I need to know which treatment to book?
You don’t need to choose a treatment before getting in touch. Simply tell us a little about what’s been bothering you, and we’ll help you arrange a suitable first visit. Once we’ve had a chance to meet and assess you, we’ll talk through your options together.
Will I receive treatment at the first appointment?
Your first chiropractic visit includes a consultation, a physical assessment and a chiropractic adjustment, tailored to your needs and provided when clinically suitable and with your consent. We’ll take time to understand your concerns, explain our findings and help you feel comfortable throughout. If X-rays are needed, we’ll discuss our recommendation after your initial consultation and treatment.
Will I need an X-ray?
X-rays are not mandatory for your first visit. If clinically indicated, we’ll recommend them after your initial consultation and chiropractic treatment, explain how they can help guide your care, and talk you through the arrangements and any additional cost.
Do I have to commit to a course of treatment?
We’ll talk you through our recommendations, the fees and when we’d like to review your progress, so you can decide what feels right for you. Your plan will reflect your needs and how you respond to care. Please feel free to ask questions or discuss other options at any point.

How do I confirm an appointment?
Send us a WhatsApp message or call +65 8323 8302, and we’ll help you find a time that works for you. Our team will reply to confirm your appointment, the type of visit and the fee, so you know what to expect before you arrive.

Can I choose not to have a particular technique?
Of course. Your comfort and preferences matter to us. Let your clinician know how you feel, and we’ll talk through other options together. You’re always welcome to ask questions or pause treatment.
Can I claim through insurance?
Some policies may include cover for your appointment. Your insurer can confirm your benefits and any requirements, and our team will be happy to explain the documentation we can provide. Approval of reimbursement rests with your insurer.
What should I bring?
Bring along any relevant reports or scans you already have, together with information about your medicines or health conditions. Choose something comfortable that lets you move easily.
Do you do corporate talks?
